What's in each package

Nine packages and what each one includes. Most jobs combine two.

  1. Launch A website

The pages a business needs, fast on a phone, with a form that reaches you and nothing to log in to.

    Pages
    Up to five
    Editing
Changes made for you, or add self-editing (Manage)
    Forms
    Contact and quote requests, spam-filtered
    Search
Set up to be found locally
    Delivery
    2–3 weeks
    Ask about this
  2. Manage A website you edit yourself

Everything in Launch, plus an admin where you change pages, photos, posts and menus without calling anyone.

    Admin
Edit pages, posts, photos and menus yourself
    Forms
Build your own; saved and emailed
    Extras
Email, analytics, chat and booking links, switched on from settings
    Backups
Nightly, and the restore is rehearsed
    Delivery
    3–5 weeks
    Ask about this
  3. Sell An online store

Sell from your own site with the payment methods your customers already use, and stock counts that stay right.

    Payments
Cards and the popular wallets and payment apps
    Shipping
Live rates at checkout; labels printed from the admin
    Stock
Counts shared between online and in-person sales
    Orders
    Lookup, confirmations, refunds
    Delivery
    4–6 weeks
    Ask about this
  4. Book Bookings and deposits

Dates, capacity and sign-ups on a calendar, with deposits taken up front so a booking is real.

    Calendar
Dates, capacity, spots left, one link per date
    Sign-ups
Hold a spot; waitlist when full
    Deposits
Card or the popular payment apps
    Reminders
Confirmation email and a calendar file
    Delivery
    3–5 weeks
    Ask about this
  5. Build A custom app

Software shaped to how your business actually runs — for your staff, your customers, or both.

    Accounts
Logins, roles, portals for staff or customers
    Money
    Subscriptions, invoices, one-off payments
    Data
Backed up on a schedule, restore tested
    Operations
One-command deploy and rollback; written runbook
    Delivery
    6–12 weeks
    Ask about this
  6. Move Move an existing site

Bring your current site across with its pages, posts and images intact, then switch the domain over with no downtime.

    From
Any of the major site builders, or an older custom site
    Keeps
Pages, posts, images, and every old link redirected
    Downtime
None — the domain moves after the new site is checked
    Your old account
Cancel when you are ready, not before
    Ask about this
  7. Connect Integrations and automation

Connect the site or app to the tools you already pay for, so information stops being retyped.

    Notify
Email and text to you and to your customers
    Sign-in
Single sign-on with the accounts your business already uses
    Hand-offs
Your CRM, spreadsheets and automation tools
    Payments
    The processor you already use
    Also
    Maps, calendars, analytics, review requests
    Ask about this
  8. Grow Search and local visibility

Get found by the people already looking for what you do — in search results and on the map — and know what it is doing every month.

    Audit
Speed, structure, content and listings — fixed, not just listed
    Local
Your map listing, hours, categories, reviews and photos kept right
    Content
Pages written for the searches that bring customers
    Reporting
One plain-English page a month: what moved and why
    Delivery
Audit in one week; ongoing month to month
    Ask about this
  9. Run Hosting and care

Servers someone is actually watching: backups that get restored on purpose, patches applied, one team to reach.

    Edge
SSL, a global CDN and DDoS protection on every plan
    Backups
Nightly; restores rehearsed, not hoped for
    Uptime
Checked every minute; alerts that reach a phone
    Isolation
Shared server, or your own on the Dedicated plan
    Your account
Or we set it up on your host and you pay them

Add-ons

Things that bolt onto any package, priced in your written estimate.

  • Security

Every site ships with the baseline: encrypted connections, no public ports, nightly backups, patches. The Security add-on goes further for businesses that handle customer accounts, payments or records: two-factor and single sign-on for staff, rate limiting and bot filtering on forms and logins, audit logs of who changed what, a written patch schedule, a quarterly review, and a plan for what happens if something goes wrong.

  • Extra pages and content

More pages than the package includes, written with you, plus the photos and copy edits to make them land.

  • Store on a Manage site

Add a shop to a site you already edit: products, cart, checkout, shipping and stock, without rebuilding the rest.

  • Bookings on a Manage site

Add a calendar with capacity, sign-ups and deposits to an existing site.

  • Sign-in and single sign-on

Staff and customer logins using the accounts your business already has, so nobody keeps another password.

  • Staff training

A recorded walkthrough of the admin and a live session for whoever will run it day to day.

  • Accessibility review

A pass over the whole site against the accessibility standard, with the fixes made, so it works for everyone and reads well to search engines.

  • Priority support

Same-day response and a named contact, for businesses where the site being down costs money by the hour.

Not sure which one you need? That is what the first call is for.
