Work we have shipped

  1. The Keys to Clear Lake listings page: a sort control and a zip-code filter over a count of what is on the market, above a row of property cards with photos and asking prices

    Website you edit yourself

    Keys to Clear Lake

A lakefront realtor in Clear Lake, Iowa.

One agent against whole teams, so the site had to sell a person rather than a company: who he is, what he knows about the lake, and what is for sale this week. All of it editable from a phone between showings.

    • Live property feed with sorting and area filters
    • Full admin: pages, posts, photos, menus
    • Lead capture straight to the agent
    • Neighborhood guides built for local search

The listing feed and the admin behind it run an office as easily as they run one agent.

  2. The D.L. Outfitters hunt-dates page: four month calendars with bookable days shaded green and a key for spots open, full and closed

    Bookings and deposits

    D.L. Outfitters

Semi-guided bear and turkey hunts in eastern North Carolina.

Hunts were being booked on a phone that rang during a hunt. We put the season on the site: every date, how many spots are left on each, and a way to put your name down at midnight without anyone picking up.

    • Season calendar with per-date capacity
    • Spots open, full and closed, live
    • Inquiries routed to the guide
    • Built for a phone in a truck with one bar

    Launching soon

  3. The MealPrep home page: a row of finished dishes above the headline "Plan dinner. Not your week." with buttons to build a week or browse the cookbook

    Custom app

    MealPrep

Our own product. A meal planner for people with a real week.

We build software for other people, so we keep one of our own in production to prove it. Accounts, billing, a planner, a cookbook and an assistant that suggests dinner — the same stack we'd hand a client.

    • Accounts, subscriptions and a free trial
    • Recipe library with diet and macro filters
    • Installs on a phone from the browser
    • An in-product assistant that plans the week

What we build

  • Launch A website

The pages a business needs, fast on a phone, with a form that reaches you and nothing to log in to.

People find you, understand what you do, and get in touch without a phone call.

    Details

  • Manage A website you edit yourself

Everything in Launch, plus an admin where you change pages, photos, posts and menus without calling anyone.

Change your hours, prices and photos yourself at 9 p.m. without waiting on anyone.

    Details

  • Sell An online store

Sell from your own site with the payment methods your customers already use, and stock counts that stay right.

Sell while you sleep, with stock counts that never oversell.

    Details

  • Book Bookings and deposits

Dates, capacity and sign-ups on a calendar, with deposits taken up front so a booking is real.

Deposits in the bank before the day, and no more double-bookings or no-shows.

    Details

  • Build A custom app

Software shaped to how your business actually runs — for your staff, your customers, or both.

The spreadsheet, the group chat and the sticky notes become one system your team actually uses.

    Details

  • Grow Search and local visibility

Get found by the people already looking for what you do — in search results and on the map — and know what it is doing every month.

More of the right people find you first, and you can see it in a report you understand.

Not sure which package? Three questions.

1 What does your business need most right now?
2 Do you have a website today?
3 Who should keep it running afterwards?

Why GSTECH

We're small on purpose. No account managers, no hand-offs, no ticket queue. The people you talk to are the people building your thing.

  • A price before the work

Starting prices are on the pricing page. After a twenty-minute call you get a one-page price in writing. No surprises, no hourly mystery.

  • You own it

Your domain, your content, your accounts, in your name from day one. Buy it outright or lease it and own it in two years. Nothing is locked inside us.

  • Kept running

Nightly backups we actually restore, patches applied, uptime watched every minute. The team that built it is the team that runs it, and we like it that way.

How a job goes

  1. Day 0

    A call

Twenty minutes. What you do, what you need, what you have now. No slides.

  2. Day 1

    A written price

One page. What is included, what is not, what it costs, when it is done.

  3. The build

    A link you can watch

You get a link in the first days and watch it grow. Changes happen while we talk, not in a ticket queue.

  4. Launch

    Live on your domain

Backups running, uptime check on, a one-page runbook in your hands, and a walkthrough of the admin.

Five things we promise on every job

  1. A written price before any work

One page, after a twenty-minute call. No proposal decks, no hourly mystery.

  2. You own everything

Domain, content, code and accounts in your name from day one.

  3. 30 days, fix anything

After launch, anything that is not right gets fixed. No invoice.

  4. Backups we actually restore

Nightly, and the restore is rehearsed so it works the day you need it.

  5. The same people afterwards

Whoever built it is whoever answers. No hand-off to a support desk.

Greg Smith, founder of GSTECH

Who you'll be working with

GSTECH was founded by Greg Smith, a systems administrator by trade. Identity, security and the infrastructure that has to work every day is the day job, which is why every site we build ships with backups, monitoring and a runbook, not just a design. When you write to us, you're writing to the people who will build your thing.

Questions we get on the first call

How much does a website cost?
Every tier has a starting price on the pricing page, from a simple website up to a custom app. Your job gets a one-page written price after a short call, before any work starts.
What is the difference between buying and leasing?
Buying is a one-time price and you own the code, the domain and every account from day one. Leasing spreads it over 24 months with hosting and care included; after 24 months it is yours, or you can buy out early for the balance.
Do I have to host with GSTECH?
No. We host if you want us to, or we set the site up on your own hosting account, hand you the runbook and let you pay the host directly.
Can you move my existing site?
Yes. We bring across pages, posts and images from any of the major site builders or an older custom site, redirect every old link, and switch the domain over with no downtime.
How long does it take?
A website takes two to three weeks, a site you edit yourself three to five, a store four to six, and a custom app six to twelve. You get a link to watch in the first few days.
What does SEO actually get me?
Being found by people already searching for what you do, locally and online. It starts with an audit that fixes speed, structure and your map listing, then continues month to month with content written for real searches and a one-page report of what moved.
What happens if something breaks?
Every project ships with nightly backups that have been restored on purpose, an uptime check every minute, and a one-page runbook. On a care plan, we fix it; otherwise you have everything you need to.

Got something in mind? Tell us what it is. You'll have a price in writing within a day of talking.
